With over 20 years in the real estate business, I clearly understand the importance of purchasing or selling one’s home. Listening to clients and using my market knowledge to fit their needs as well as solving problems with creativity and a sense of humor are all skills I bring to the situation. My background in consumer advertising and retail sales has helped me understand the kind of consumer service that buyers and sellers of real estate both require and deserve. My goal is to make the real estate process as successful and pleasant as possible.
With the exception of some relocating with my family as a child and a short stint in New York City, I’ve lived in Lake Forest/Chicago most of my life. Having three generations of family currently living in the area has helped me understand what an important investment a home represents regardless of one’s age or price point. Besides spending time with my husband, two grown daughters and extended family, I enjoy entertaining and traveling. I also believe that giving back to the community and philanthropic organizations is vitally important and am currently involved with The Infant Welfare Society of Chicago, Woodlands Academy of the Sacred Heart and The Daniel Murphy Scholarship Fund.

"Kathi’s professionalism made selling our home smooth from start to finish. She knows the Lake Forest real estate market better than anyone. This knowledge helped us price our home to sell, and also gave us confidence in purchasing our next house in Lake Forest."
"Kathi Hudson is the greatest. She’s so knowledgeable about the market and all of the players. Kathi also has great judgment. She is extremely well respected in the community and that respect is well deserved. I have and will continue to recommend Kathi."
